Love is Waiting for You!

The world moves so fast these days, who really has time to truly Love? Love often gets put on the back burners of our lives because of everyday demands. Love for some may seem like a chore or responsibility and for others an exercise in self deprecation.

I'm sure most of us believe our lives are full of Love and maybe that is true for most of us (at least, I hope it is). But for those who don't believe you have Love or can be Loved or you messed up so much in life, you don't deserve Love- this message is for you.

Firstly, you are Loved, by Love itself (we'll talk more about that later). Love is probably not what you think or thought it is/was; perhaps its true purpose or meaning has eluded or escaped you over the years. Maybe what you once thought was true love turned out to be the exact opposite- a grand disappointment that left you hanging; leaving you to believe you were somehow wrong or unworthy of it. Even though you may have convinced yourself of this- None of this is true!

Love is so much more than we've been taught to understand. It's not always comfortable or familiar. Love has many facets to it and all of them require truth. The thing about truth is that it can be offensive and scary sometimes, but without it, Love is powerless. I wrote blog about how Love & Truth are BFF's and why their close relationship is so vital. Once armed with the Truth, Love can begin the hard work of getting things on the right track. But without Truth, the process is halted completely. It may take some time, but this step cannot be sidetracked or skipped. It must be faced and accepted before moving forward.

Now, that the Truth has been realized, exposed or revealed, Love can begin the work of healing and restoration. You deserve both of these things. You are worthy of them. If you don't feel that way yet, keep following this blog.
